23 February 2007

Well been busy been trying to catch up with homework hence the lack of entrys here in recent weeks. Well the new role at Rivals.net is going well. Finally getting used to updating and doing special features, and hopefully should be a good Seagulls report site. Meanwhile been taking it easy over half term, and been enjoying the Seagulls recent adventures and wins.

Not been up to much as still not much money, but keeping happy, and hoping things continue progressing. I did go to the Uni of Sussex a fine place, and ventured around Falmer before going home, and decided it is the ideal place, and looking at a place in Burgess Hill that I may move to soon.

08/02/2006

Well a mixed last week, was worryed towards the end of last week, the fact I was struggling to get early day meals sorted out. Luckily all has sorted and hopefully will ease the slight financial mess I have been in. I am looking forward to the Open Day at the University of Sussex on Saturday. Plus I am settling down to my new role as the moderator of the Brighton section of Rivals.net fairly well. As for Albion games, I am hoping to attend the Forest game next week, was thinking of Brentford but sadly the Open Day means I can't two do two things at once. Plus am attending to attend the fine hard dance awards at Brixton towards the end of the month, which should be quite cool. Plus for this website I plan to start a spoof Streets section similar to the Argus, where my friends can mention a bit about their street whether its in Sussex or Outside Sussex. I will start off with my wacky street (seeing as a nearby street was mentioned in the Argus today). Oh and by the way check out my latest entrys on rivals.net to see what the website should be called. Anyway I will leave you with this joke.

A drunk is driving through the city and his car is weaving violently all over the road. A cop pulls him over and asks, “Where have you been?”

“I've been to the pub,” slurs the drunk.

“Well,” says the cop, “it looks like you've had quite a few.”

“I did alright,” the drunk says with a smile.

“Did you know,” says the cop, standing straight and folding his arms, “that a few intersections back, your wife fell out of your car?”

“Oh, thank heavens,” sighs the drunk. “For a minute there, I thought I'd gone deaf.”

31 January 2007

A intresting week indeed. For starters I did go clubbing in Brighton on Friday night. Going to Pressure Point, but not getting let in for the indie section due to not having the right ID, but I did manage to have a fine time at the Sumo nightclub for their nightclub listening to fine House and Techno. Then heading home getting ready for the usual dull trip to Withdean to see Brighton fight out a draw against Rotherham. I have been offered places at all the unis I have applied for, with me trying to sort out going to the open day at Sussex Uni on Saturday. I will be going to the Youth Awards at The Hawth though not fussed if I win or not, as the Crawley Youth Awards does not sound the best thing to win. But things are finally starting to look up.

I also have started training with Haywards Heath Harriers AC, I went for my first self-multilation session on Tuesday night, at the classical school gym of Oathall Schools gym. The session went well. I felt better at the end than I thought I did and hopefully it will lead to my return to long distance running.

Well I look forward to Sussex's Open Day if I go and I leave you with this fine video if it pops up that is.
