10th November 2008

Well the last 2 weeks I have been cutting down on caffeine intake (coke and tea), and does seem to be having positive effects. Meanwhile I have been up to a fair bit with me ending my 2 month exile from Withdean watching Albion beat Millwall getting extremely soaked, so much that my jacket was left to dry and doing a tour of Western Sussex on the train as a result to collect the ticket from a kind lady in Goring, traveling from Ifield to Barnham then changing at Barnham for Goring, collecting the ticket going through Worthing and then off to Withdean from there, and coming back via Mid Sussex to Crawley.

I attended Lewes Bonfire night on Wednesday for second year running, gladly witnessing an effigy of Alistair Darling getting paraded throughout the town. I met a lovely Irish girl and Portugalese girl and both stated they were not offended by it being from Catholic countrys despite the minority of PC obcessed catholics moaning about the event in the Argus like they do every year. Plus I bumped into my old college friend Jenni Collins enjoying this fun event, plus I took some slightly crap pictures that I will stick up the next few days.

Especially getting back from Lewes was a highlight as everyone waiting for the Mid-Sussex-Three Bridges-London bound train at the station started chanting ogy, ogy, ogy, oi, oi, oi. Not forgetting the cramped space in the train with some people having to sit on other peoples laps, and a comedy fight nearly occuring as we passed Cooksbridge Station.

Friday saw me attend a Hard Dance night at Honeyclub courtesy of Charlie Norris. Also I am helping the lovely girl Lido find a nice bloke, my neighbour for just over a month now. But you never know, she might find someone sooner than she thought living in the room above. LOL

I will reveal a picture of her in my next blog entry. Plus with extra money coming in hoping to start traveling soon and revealing where I travel.

Strike Factory to sponsor Lizard Ladies

Earlier today Charles Ball chairman of Strike Factorys held discussions on his PC, in Strike Towers with Laura one of the Lizard Ladies, to agree a sponsorship deal for the Race for Life being held on Sunday. This sponsorship will give charity money and the sponsorship will raise the profile of Strike Factory and the Lizard Ladies. Chairman Strike said " This is a good historic deal that will benefit charity and the two parties, and we at Strike Factory wish the Ladies best of luck on Sunday at Brighton."
