6th October 2012

Hello been a little quiet lately, there is a good reason though. I have been a little bit down recently and had to take things easy in addition to taking some happy pills (aka antidepressants!). But would like to thank friends, family and online pen pals for being supportive! Day by day I am slowly feeling better. I also have been doing confidence building stuff with career advisor at next step along with a further revamp of my CV!

On the sports front, I would like to congratulate Andy Murray on his suscess at the US Open being the first Briton to win the US Open in 76 years! Plus the Albion looking strong in their second season in Npower Championship. I attended Walkabout in Shepards Bush on Thursday last week to witness the legend Alan Fletcher (Dr Karl Kennedy), and UK group Lucas perform a charity gig for Blue September raising funds for cancer awareness in men, it was all in all a great night and was an honour to meet Alan Fletcher and Chris Milligan (Kyle Canning), regrettably could not get photos!

Finally I would like to congratulate Steve and Leigh Valder on their lovely new born baby son Bertie Charles Valder, who has a great middle name that is also shared by his father Steve that excited yours truly! May he grow to be as legendary Albion supporter as his father! :) Its the end of Summer now so got Halloween, Bonfire Night and Christmas all around the corner!
