29th August 2015

Well it's been an up and down emotional roller coaster of the last week. Firstly there was the tragedy of the Shoreham Airshow crash last week. I was making my way to the Amex Stadium, looking forward to sun, drinks and cheering up after slightly miserable week, when I heard the sad news of events. The kickoff for Brighton Vs Blackburn was sensibly delayed by 15 minutes due to these events. Though the Albion won, and had good evening of drinks with friends the feeling around Amex Stadium and Brighton was subdued generally.

I waited until I got home to Strike Towers to read full details. It was a sad day and weekend for Sussex and events of the Shoreham Airshow crash made national news headlines around England and UK being nations biggest airshow tragedy since Farnborough in 1952. Thoughts are with victims family and friends, and I will be doing the REMF Jacob Schilt sponsored walk between Shoreham and Worthing in memory of Jacob and other victims on 12th September. Donations to REMF can be done via this link www.justgiving.com/JacobsREMFwalk

In other news hoping to start volunteering at Nymans Gardens soon. Plus for the time being deciding to take a break from Oxfam Crawley, though one day will be back to help the good people there again like I have done since 2009.

Finally the US Open tennis starts on Monday and Brighton are top of Championship League. :)

17th August 2015

I am deciding to just focus on my work experience/ volunteering at Crawley CVS and Oxfam, until the end of August when I get referred to new people to help me seek long term employment and take over from the work of Shaw Trust. Sadly my last interview did not work out, so just focusing on things I am good at until and opportunity comes along. Plus I am wanting to try and find a girl, not easy with Asperger's though I am keen for someone to offer advice for my dating profiles in my spare time if anyone is interested?

Plus I have decided I am certainly not retiring from clubbing, it was just a heat of the moment thing I refuse to accept I am old and will be a raver within always just more careful with planning etc.

The football has been pretty impressive early in the season with Brighton winning their first two, and I travelled to Fulham, London to see them win 2-1 at Craven Cottage and as of the date of this post they are top of the table, though its early days.

Finally I was watching the first Football League Tonight episode (with Albion legend Adam Virgo as a pundit doing good work), and during a break they showed the Health Lottery. I was interested in where I recognised the smiley lovely female host of this Health Lottery show. I did some Google research and found out she is the legendary serial Youtube prankster Anna Johnson known for classic videos like this spoofing OMI cheerleader which has over 500,000 hits in a few months. Plus has many others lined up, certainly worth a visit to her Youtube page https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnJYBoHHjGhc1bH-BIVkoag

Fantasy Premier League entry

To mark the new season, I have decided for first time in a while to enter a team into fantasy football competition. Named Trumpton Ravers inspired by rave tune Urban Hypes Trip To Trumpton. I have set up a league if anyone wants to join also with this code 2325333-524258,  not sure I will get many entry's with poor last minute planning. I have also entered the Amy League run by Strike Factory fan Amy Willerton who met me last year, hoping to win the 'Battle Of The Sexes' League.

Well I am off to cheer Brighton so see you all soon. :)
