22 May 2007

Been a fair bit the last week, with me being forced back into my wig by neighbours Michelle Avery and new neighbour where I live Jo due to raving on too much about football, cricket and Burgess Hill. On Tuesday resulting in another appearance by my twin sister, in a fine black dress (which was Jos), with make up and mascara on. I actully looked really convincing sadly all the pictures are on Michelles weak phone. Hopefully a few weeks time Charlotte will put on another appearance somewhere possibly snogging a girl in true lesbo style. On Saturday I had some mixed fun in Brighton, despite having one pint of Fosters at the Standard, the Zap nightclub for some mad reason thought I was drunk. Was that really the case, or was it because they were upset with me choosing the Honeyclub over The Zap on a previous visit, or was it a personal dislike. Either way I am boycotting The Zap for the foreseeable future, any Zap handouts I get will be torn up, shame as sounded a cool place with its fine history, but it won't be having a customer in Mr Ball or Strike Factory. But I had a fine night at the Honeyclub. Meanwhile seems the cousin thing will not work for family connections. Which is a blow for moving. Anyway will be at Sussex VS Ireland next week for my debut Sussex CCC appearance of 2007 and look forward to being with the Sussex Barmy Army again.

15 May 2007

Been a good last week, I went out on Friday for the first time since the arrival of my replacment driving lisence, traveling down to the City of Bright things (Brighton). I had a drink in The Standard, before heading to The Honeyclub, where despite DJ Sneak not making it due to a dodgy permit, was a good night there. Having a drink and admiring the fine girls dancing in the club. I even bumped into a old Sports Soccer (Now known as Sports World) employee who used to work with me at the Crawley branch during my stint there from March 2002 until November 2003. Afterwards I headed to the Ocean Rooms for a fine afterparty of Hard Dance until 6. Only problem was that I forgot to introduce myself when I arrived, as I hoped a friend would turn up. So when he did not come, I tryed in vain to say hi to people at the club. The highlight of the night was when a girl in a nice dress asked me if I was gay. But I was delighted to inform her I only admire the female species like herself.

Meanwhile. The Strike Factory Cup match on Brighton Seafront now looks 95% likely, with the match to be held on June 2nd. With a Brighton All Stars (captained by Charles Ball) VS Rest Of World team (captained by my legendary younger brother Daniel Ball). Looks like there will be a good attendance for this game as well. Just need to get the deposit sorted to book and then it can go ahead, again if you fancy playing please let me know or respond to the thread about it on North Stand Polls.

Meanwhile I encourage everyone to vote for my adopted home town where I spent 9 years of my short life in education at the legendary Burgess Hill Town to be put on the monopoly board. Plus continue to vote so a fine Sussex town can occupy the highest square. Burgess Hill truly is the finest town in England and possibly the world (no disrespect to people reading this in Brighton and Hove but Burgess Hill is more up market).

Vote here. Comeone all Strike Factory Fans and Sussex residents http://www.monopoly.co.uk/vote.aspx
