30th March 2016

I have been feeling much better, with medication properly kicking in really taking out stress and anxiety well and returning back to normal and starting to come out of my shell and getting out and about again. I had my first night out in a while on Thursday in Hove enjoying DJ Russell Small (of Phats & Small and Freemasons fame!) playing house classics from 80s 90s and 00s, old raver Charles is back.

There has been a mix of tragic events recently (Brussels, Lahore and Baghdad football stadium), as well as the death of a childhood idol in Phil Daniels, which got me a bit down Though there has been positives as well, like England doing the Grand Slam in the Rugby Union, the Three Lions victory in Berlin against World Champions Germany, and Brighton and Hove Albion continuing their strong promotion push, and Phil Mitchells drunken rampage in EastEnders last night.

Plus I have plans to return to volunteering at Nyman's this weekend after missing first few weeks focusing on taking things easy, in addition to slowly resuming looking out for work at reasonable pace and the usual volunteering roles. plus with Spring here looking forward to getting out and about more exploring countryside and coastal areas provided the horrible rain clears up, and will write some entrys on places I visit hopefully.

Finally a special mention to Flossy and Jim great bloggers and vloggers, inspiring me maybe to turn to vlogging soon after being a blogger for several years. Anyway have a good week people.

8th March 2016

Been a few weeks since I last posted due to stress and anxiety reasons. But I am happy to confirm that I am feeling gradually better on medication and also getting help with my home and other living support from local Open House until Sussex Oakleaf step back in alter on. In the meantime just been mostly focusing on volunteering roles, following sports and soap operas and taking it easy.

But keeping things simple means I am slowly beginning to come out of my shell and got plans to get out some more as I feel better gradually taking one day at a time. Plus will be more active on social media again soon helping out on We Luv Eastenders facebook page. So this week just focusing on football and possibly a trip to theatre to see another Peter James novel made into show with Jessie Wallace and Shane Richie from EastEnders in Brighton. Would write more but best to wait until next blog entry. Thank you for the support people.

16th February 2016

So the last few days I finally got the answers to some problems I have been having, I had a really bad anxiety bout that scared me for a few days worrying about various stuff and having to leave a football match at half time I was watching due to feeling nausea, nerves and aches, I never leave matches early normally. Eventually a concerned neighbour had to contact emergency services a trip to local hospital found that the aches/ nausea were due to stress and anxiety and not anything with my heart or blood which I had feared. This eased my state of mind now knowing what the cause is. Due to this esp bad anxiety bout seeking help and advice from doctors, good friends and family how to deal with them and prevent another one happening where you feel nervous, nausea, shutting your self off to the world, these bouts are horrible places to be including for us aspies. But starting to feel better gradually and confident the happy, bouncy Charles will be back soon. Peace and take care people.
